The center is designed as a facility for religious and community purposes, serving as a place of worship and cultural activities. It encompasses prayer rooms, offices, social spaces, classrooms, assembly rooms, a caretaker's apartment, and a library. The building spans three levels (ground floor and two upper floors) and was constructed using solid construction techniques.
The foundation of the building is designed as a load-bearing foundation slab. Vertical load-bearing elements include masonry walls, reinforced concrete walls (elevator shaft), deep beams, and columns. The ceiling slabs are so-called "filigree slabs" and were calculated as two-way slabs. The stairs consist of precast reinforced concrete (RC) elements. The stair flights and landings are designed as load-bearing one-way slabs. The staircases are separated from the rest of the structure to improve sound insulation. Due to the multitude of solid walls, the construction is a rigid structure.
Two approximately 11m high minarets, a large dome, and several smaller domes rise from the structure's flat roof. The minarets and the large dome are reinforced concrete elements with variable thickness. The roof surface is walkable.
