This modern and functional office building is made up of four levels (ground floor and three upper floors) and is located in the bustling city center of Ljubljana.

The ground floor features a combination of office space, technical rooms responsible for the seamless operation of all systems within the building, as well as a covered parking area that provides easy access to the building for clients and employees. The upper floors consist of streamlined and spacious office spaces carefully designed to maximize productivity and comfort.

The structures deep foundations are realized in the form of a raft foundation on piles. The vertical load-bearing elements are reinforced concrete walls and columns. The ceilings are solid in-situ concrete slabs. In addition to an elevator, the building is equipped with a double flight reinforced concrete staircase (with landings) for vertical communication. The staircase is monolithically connected to other load-bearing elements of the structure. The flat roof and open terraces are bordered by reinforced concrete parapets along their entire perimeter.
