The complex consists of 5 residential buildings, each with 4 or 5 above-ground levels intended for housing. All buildings have an underground level with bicycle storage, technical rooms, and storage spaces. Underneath the roads, paths, and green courtyard areas located between the residential buildings, there is a shared underground garage.
The project task of our team included preparing detailed plans of all underground elements. All load-bearing elements beneath the surface are entirely made of reinforced concrete (RC). The staircases are prefabricated and were not part of our responsibilities.
The foundation slab represents a statically monolithic entity with a constant thickness. The foundation slab of the garage is separated from the foundation slabs of residential buildings by working joints, with the goal of optimizing the construction process. The slabs above the basements are made as semi-assembled, precast RC "filigree" slabs. The garage ceiling is a classical, solid RC slab entirely made on site. The walls are mostly semi-assembled, so-called "hollow-core" walls. Completely prefabricated walls are also used, but to a lesser extent. The garage ceiling is internally supported by a large number of RC cast-in-place columns.
