This residential unit is designed for individual living and consists of a ground floor, an attic, and an external basement. The house is built using solid construction techniques (with reinforced concrete and masonry). The ground floor includes an integrated garage with three parking places, and access is possible from the interior of the building as well. The attic is not intended for housing but rather serves as a space adapted for installations and storage.

The foundations are shallow, and consist of foundation strips and slabs. The foundation slab of the residential part of the building is surrounded by frost skirts on all sides and separated from the garage foundation to improve thermal insulation. The vertical load-bearing elements are mostly masonry walls and, to a lesser extent, reinforced concrete (RC) walls. The ground floor ceiling is constructed as a traditional, solid RC slab, reinforced and cast in situ. The roof is a classical wooden, double-pitched roof with purlins made of glulam (glued laminated timber).
