The facility comprises two levels (ground floor and first floor) and represents a production and processing plant in the food industry. The construction system is solid, and the material used is predominantly reinforced concrete (RC).
The foundation is shallow and realized in the form of a constant thickness foundation slab, which is bordered on all sides by frost skirts made of reinforced masonry. Vertical load-bearing elements are cast-in-place RC walls. The slab above the ground floor serves partly as an intermediate floor and partly as a flat roof. This roof is accessible, surrounded by RC parapets on all sides, and designed for future installation of solar panels. The slab is a precast "filigree" slab. This composite plate construction combines a precast plank reinforced with rebar girders and in-situ compression concrete. Vertical circulation is facilitated by a single-flight RC staircase, monolithically connected to the rest of the RC structure. The roof above the first floor is a conventional dual-pitched wooden roof made of solid timber.
