The property comprises three residential buildings with varying numbers of underground and aboveground levels. The underground levels serve mixed purposes, divided into sections for storage, technical rooms, parking, and living quarters. The underground garage is situated beneath the courtyard, partially extending under the residential buildings. The landscaped area above the garage facilitates pedestrian communication between the buildings.

All units have foundation slabs, with reinforcements under particularly loaded columns and walls. The perimeter walls in contact with the ground, the elevator cores, and certain walls needed for the horizontal stiffening of the building are cast-in-place concrete walls. The perimeter walls of the aboveground levels and most of the load-bearing internal walls are masonry walls. The ceilings are solid in-situ concrete slabs with thermally separated balcony slabs. The roofs are traditional wooden gable roofs with purlins.

Our team joined this project after the temporarily suspended works had resumed, when it became apparent that the original team would not be able to continue their engagement. With the prompt delivery of reinforcement plans for ceiling slabs and stairs, we successfully aided the transition from the design to the implementation phase of the project.
