The residential building consists of 6 housing units with 6 covered and 1 outdoor car parking space.

The building is divided into two separate structures with a movement joint between the two parts. The northern part of the building has a basement. Both parts have two above-ground floors - ground floor and upper floor. The interior and exterior parts of the floor slabs are partially connected using AVI Thermokorb® load-bearing thermal insulation elements and Schöck Stacon® ready-to-install dowels for the force-locked transmission of lateral forces.

The floor slabs are conventional cast-in-place concrete slabs. The vertical load-bearing elements include masonry walls, reinforced concrete walls, and reinforced concrete columns. The roof is constructed as a flat roof with extensive greenery and is surrounded by reinforced concrete parapets on all sides. Single-flight reinforced concrete stairs are provided for vertical circulation. The stair flights were separated from the rest of the structure for improved sound insulation using the Schöck Tronsole® system, but they were not prefabricated and were cast in place on-site.
