The construction consists of five residential buildings with three upper floors (ground floor, 1st floor, and attic). The upper floors are intended for apartments. All buildings except one have a single-story basement. The basement contains storage spaces and technical rooms. An underground garage was built beneath the courtyard.

The buildings were constructed using solid construction techniques with reinforced concrete slabs and masonry or reinforced concrete walls. The floors are precast concrete filigree slabs. The outer walls in the basement and the elevator walls are precast elements (also known as “hollow-core walls”). All buildings have slab foundations. The roofs are gable roofs with purlins.

The balconies were planned as thermally separated precast elements. The staircase flights are precast reinforced concrete components that were separated from the rest of the structure to improve sound insulation using the Schöck Tronsole® system. The landings were reinforced and cast-in-place. Our team was involved only in planning the cast-in-place concrete elements for this project.
